Rates and Terms
What are your rates?
We bill in 1/4 hour (15min) increments, we do not round up to the next whole hour. Our rates are: $130/hr for on site service (1/2 hr minimum) and $110/hr for shop service.
For in-shop repairs, diagnosis is $55. For onsite repairs, diagnosis is billable at our standard rates.
For most work, we prefer to quote a flat rate for the entire job, and we stick to that flat rate no matter how long the repair takes, as long as the scope of the repair does not change. Some of those rates are published here on this website, but you can always call us at 239-244-1579 for a free quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and even PayPal / SquareCash. Business clients and established residential clients can pay by invoice with negotiable terms as high as Net 30.
Do you offer any discounts or specials?
Yes we do! Currently we offer discounts to college students, college faculty and staff at FGCU, FSW, Hodges, and STC, local firefighters, local law enforcement, and veterans / active duty military. We also run specials from time to time in our email newsletter or on our Facebook page.
Do you offer any guaranties or warranties?
We fully warrant all our service work with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our work, simply return any parts (if applicable) and receive a full refund.

What is your service area?
Our primary service area is all of Lee and Collier counties in Southwest Florida, including Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding communities and towns.
Where are you located?
Our shop is located at: 20461 S. Tamiami Trail, Ste 21, Estero, FL 33928.
We’re on the northeast corner of US 41 and Broadway (same corner as the Tire Choice). Right next door to Restoratives Cafe. A map is available on our Contact page.
What are your hours of operation?
Our shop is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. It’s not unusual for us to be doing work well outside of those hours, and sometimes during those hours all personnel are deployed in the field, but you can call us any time 24/7/365 at 239-244-1579 and get assistance.
Do you perform after hours / emergency / rush service?
Yes we do. We respond promptly 24/7/365 and can accommodate any after hours or emergency needs. We also do rush service when your problem cannot wait, and the rates for rush service are negotiable. Give us a call any time to discuss.
The Work We Do
How long will my repair / upgrade take?
We aim for 72 hours turnaround on most repairs. For rush orders, the target is 24-48 hours. Obviously, there are a lot of variables which can affect this timeline, the availability of parts if needed for example. Can you speed up my PC?
The answer to this question is almost always “Yes.” Sometimes a simple cleanup/tuneup will do the trick, other times a hardware upgrade is required. Sometimes we even recommend a clean reinstallation of the operating system. But in short, most of the time when we work on your PC for the purpose of boosting its performance speed, you’ll notice the difference. Here’s the plus: if you don’t, we don’t charge a thing.
Occasionally, a computer is just too old to be made to run any faster, and if we encounter that we’ll let you know as soon as we make that determination. But these situations are rare. Much of the time, older machines can be made to run very well indeed and last a good long time with proper care.
Do you work on Apple / Macs?
Yes we do. If your Apple / Mac machine is still under warranty, we strongly recommend you take advantage of Apple’s support. But if it’s out of warranty and in need of attention, we’re happy to help.
Do you work on printers?
Occasionally. Most of the time we refer printer repair work to a local specialist we trust.
Do you work on laptops?
Yes we do, all makes and models, all operating systems.
Do you work on servers?
Yes we do, all makes and models, all operating systems.
Do you work on mobile phones?
Yes… and no. We don’t do anything hardware-related on mobile phones, for that work you’re best off taking it to the service provider’s shop (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, etc.) or to a local phone repair shop we highly recommend (call for information). But if you need help getting apps installed or synchronizing your email / calendar, etc., we can assist you with any of the major smartphone operating systems – both Apple iOS and Android.
Do you work on iPads?
We typically refer iPad hardware repairs to Apple themselves (or to a local phone repair shop we trust), but we’re avid iPad users and if you need assistance on the software / training side, we’d be happy to assist.
Do you do manufacturer warranty repair?
Not in any official capacity, no. That being said, we regularly perform repairs where warranty parts are procured at no cost to you, and have excellent relationships with all the major vendors.
